„Moedani“ is a multifunctional piazza style complex, which is located on 1.3 ha and unites residential apartments, hotel, commercial and co-working spaces and most importantly, 5100 m2 community space. “Moedani” consists of 4 residential blocks, on the first floor restaurants, bars, cafés, and stores will be set up, catering to every taste. The services of 80-room hotel will be available to the owners and guests of the apartments as well.
The layout of hotel type apartments in nonstandard, sizes start from 40 square meters. The architecture incorporates mansard style roofs. You will be able to make use of smart door lock and get keyless access to the apartment. At “Moedani” safety standards are at a high level – complex will be equipped with modern fire safety and video surveillance systems
Inhabitants and hotel guests of “Moedani” will be able to make use of comfortable parking lot and fitness center.
Apartment at “Moedani” is a long-term investment. It is a future hottest spot of the city, where trendiest stores and food facilities will be located, numerouse events will be hosted periodically, ensuring that "Moedani" will be constantly crowded with tourists and locals, making owning an apartment in "Moedani" for personal or investment perposes a wise investment.
The construction of “Moedani” will be finished in the summer of 2021. Additional 6 months will be needed to complite green areas and square in the complex.

Construction is located in Avlabari, Tbilisi, on Nikifore Irbakhi Street, in 450 meters from Avlabari Metro Station.

Will I be able to purchase an apartment in a “Black Frame” condition?
You will be able to purchase an apartment solely in a “Premium Frame” condition.
What is the size of the smallest apartment?
The smallest apartment’s size is 40.6 square meters.
How much is the initial payment?
15-20% of the sum amount.
How much will I have to pay monthly?

Do you offer long-term in-house installment?
You can have an in-house installment during 30 months.
What type of agreement is signed between the company and owner?

Apartments are delivered in a “Premium Frame” condition.
